PURCHASE OF SOFT DRINKS ARE MANDATORY IF BEER IS CONSUMED. AND BEER AND SOFT DRINKS MUST BE SUPPLIED THROUGH MEMORIES' HALL RENTAL.  A 50% DEPOSIT OF THE TOTAL HALL RENTAL IS DUE AT SIGNING OF CONTRACT.   BALANCE DUE 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

ALL-INCLUSIVE RENTAL PACKAGE INCLUDES

Round 60" Linen Look covered Guest tables, Long Linen Look covered Head table, Linen Look covered Cake table & Gift table. Under table lighting for Head tables & Cake table.  White Linen Look covered folding chairs w/black sash (specific colors can be ordered by adding $1.00 per sash).  Marquee sign (if requested), projector (if requested), soft drinks for total number of guests, beer and bartenders as described in package below.  Set-up and clean-up of facilities.

Personal centerpieces and/or table favors to be provided by the Lessee.

Each Additional guest over 100                 $16.00 each

All rentals are for four(4) hours - each additional hour over four (4) is $150.00 an hour up to a maximum of six (6) total hours.
